2. What we collect and why

Contact form

When you send us a message we process your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you selected and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and, if it leads to a project, to prepare an offer.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention: 24 months from the last contact.

Server logs

Our servers record the IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and browser user agent for every request. We use this to keep the site secure and available.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention: short-lived operational logs, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and analytics

We set a cookie to remember your cookie choices. Analytics and marketing tools only run if you switch them on in the consent banner. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). You can withdraw it at any time.
Retention: 14 months.

Clients and contracts

If we work together, we also process the contact and billing details needed to deliver and invoice the project.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations such as tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention: 5 years after the end of the engagement (legal obligation).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

Hosting provider: Hetzner — operates the servers this site runs on.
Resend (email delivery): delivers the messages sent through our contact form. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Public authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have your data erased, where the conditions are met;
restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these, write to info@inous.com.gr. We answer within one month. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the colleagues who need it to answer you, and our providers are bound by contract to equivalent safeguards. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we ask you not to send sensitive information such as passwords or card details through the contact form.

7. Children

This site addresses businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
